Product Overview:

1. Select imported raw materials,produce with nitrogen charging process,the product is hard in texture,the addition amount is between 0.15%-0.3%.To avoid the risk of nitrogen gas pores,it is suggested that the addition amount of nitrogenized manganese can be controlled at 0.2%to fully exert the effect of nitrogen.

2. Improve the morphology of graphite,blunt the graphite promote the refinement of pearlite,which has significant effect on increasing the strength and hardness of gray iron castings.

3. After high-temperature calcination treatment,the purity of the product is improved and content of impurities is reduced.

4. Cooperate with LECO oxygen-nitrogen instrument to stably control the nitrogen content of the product,reduce use of alloys,and save production costs.When melting gray cast iron,materials with stable nitrogen content should be used,which can enhance the response of the iron to inoculation treatment and obtain castings with higher metallurgical quality.

Performance characteristics:

1. Choose imported raw materials and nitrogen filling process for production. The product has a hard texture and the amount added is between 0.15% and 0.3%. To avoid the risk of nitrogen porosity and fully utilize the role of nitrogen, it is recommended to control the amount of manganese nitride added at 0.2%;

2. Improving graphite morphology, passivating graphite, promoting refinement of pearlite, and significantly enhancing strength and hardness for gray iron castings;

3. After high-temperature calcination treatment, the purity of the product is improved and the impurity content is reduced;

4. Cooperate with LECO oxygen and nitrogen analyzer to stabilize the nitrogen range of the product, reduce alloy usage, and save production costs;

When melting gray cast iron, it is advisable to use materials with stable nitrogen content, which can enhance the responsiveness of the molten iron to inoculation treatment and obtain castings with higher metallurgical quality.
