The metallurgical characteristics and advantages of Jiuding Modifier for Microstructure Improvement:

(1)Significantly increase the long-lasting nucleation of graphite, reduce the carbide precipitation, decrease the white solidification tendency of the original molten iron, and minimize the risk of porosity in castings.

(2)Improve the inoculation effect of the original molten iron, thereby improving the mechanical properties of castings.

(3)Reduce the hardness dispersion in castings and improve the machinability of castings.

 Instruction for Jiuding Modifier for Microstructure Improvement:

(1)Add the product evenly along with the tapping process when 1/4 to 3/4 of the molten iron has been tapped.

(2)The recommended addition amount is 0.1 to 0.2%, with a particle size range of 0.2 to 1.75mm.
