The 4-day China International Foundry Expo has come to a successful conclusion. We have gained a lot from this exhibition and returned with a full load!

（1） The 22nd China International Foundry Expo National Foundry Materials "Golden Tripod Award"

JDZ-05 high nitrogen carbonization agent, which won the "Golden Tripod Award" for casting materials in China at this exhibition!

The performance characteristics are as follows:

① Choose high-quality petroleum coke to control sulfur and nitrogen content from the source, resulting in a hard product texture;

② Improving the morphology of graphite, passivating graphite, promoting the refinement of pearlite, has a significant effect on enhancing the strength and hardness of gray iron castings, and improving their mechanical properties;

③ After high-temperature calcination treatment, the purity of the product is improved and the impurity content is reduced;

④ Cooperate with LECO oxygen nitrogen analyzer and LECO carbon sulfur analyzer to stably control the nitrogen and sulfur range of products, reduce alloy usage, and save production costs; When melting gray cast iron, it is advisable to use carburizers with high sulfur content, which can enhance the responsiveness of the molten iron to inoculation treatment and obtain castings with high metallurgical quality.

Our product control and testing equipment includes LECO oxygen and nitrogen analyzer, LECO carbon and sulfur analyzer, which can accurately provide nitrogen and sulfur content data of products, making it convenient for customer technicians to use and control.

Through comparative experiments, it can be seen that while ensuring that C, Si, Mn, P, and S remain basically unchanged (i.e., keeping the carbon equivalent constant), by controlling the nitrogen content and reducing the amount of alloy added, products that meet technical requirements can be produced with significantly reduced costs.
